About
Built by people who did the job.
The idea started in Antibes in 2009, when Steve Crawford was a year into his own yachting career and frustrated by how hard it was to find work. The business followed in 2010. Daryl Bradley was a bosun on a 56-metre motor yacht when a chance meeting in La Ciotat led to him investing in 2013 and coming ashore. It has been run from Ocean Village in Southampton since 2014.
What started as a job board is now becoming five platforms, built and operated in-house rather than licensed in: recruitment and training, a professional network, and the employment intelligence that comes out of running them.
